Raw hair is 100% human hair that has not been chemically processed, altered, steamed, or coated. It is collected from a single donor and retains its natural texture, cuticle alignment, and integrity.

Can the hair be dyed, bleached or colored ?

Yes. Raw hair can be lifted, dyed, and toned, including into 613. Professional coloring is recommended to maintain longevity and prevent damage.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair. Proper care, sealing wefts, and gentle handling help reduce shedding and tangling.

How long does raw hair last?

With proper With proper care, raw hair can last 2-3 years or longer. Highly reusable when properly maintained.

How should I wash & condition my RAW hair?

Use sulfate-free shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and lukewarm water. Always detangle gently before washing.

How many bundles do I need for an install?

18-20 inches: 2-3bundles

22-24 3 bundles

26-30 4 plus bundles

What happens if I receive the wrong item or damaged hair?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist with filing claims when applicable.
